Meanwhile, here are some information on our company's policy and terms pertaining to made-to-order requests.
ORDERS
All merchandise is sold on a first-pay basis and is subjected to availability. Please note that before your order's completion, there may be changes in your order due to factors such as stock discrepancies and unavailability. Items in your shopping cart are not secure until order payment is successfully processed as they may be purchased by other customers.
PRICING
All prices stated on our website are in Singapore Dollar (SGD) by default. All payments will be processed in SGD.
DELIVERY
Your order is complete when we have dispatched your order. We will not have any direct control over its mailing process and cannot accept any responsibility for your order arriving later than anticipated. In the rare occurrence that your order is damaged or lost in the mailing process, we will take each case into deliberation and proceed with further investigation.
DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS FEE
Prices stated on our website are inclusive of local (Singapore) taxes. For International customers purchasing from countries outside of Singapore, please note that additional duties, taxes or customs fee in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.
MADE-TO-ORDER
Please take note of the waiting time and estimated date of arrival for made-to-order jewelry stated in the item's description. In the event that the order arrival is delayed for more than 10 days from the stipulated estimated date, FUJIMORI Tokyo will offer the option of a full refund to participating customers. For made-to-order jewelry, a security deposit of half the total amount must be paid when the order is placed, and no cancellations or changes will be allowed. FUJIMORI Tokyo reserves the right to cancel any made-to-order due to unforeseen circumstances. Participating customers will be notified as soon as possible in the event of such cancellations.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. In the unlikely event that you would like to exchange a faulty item, please note that we can only replace it for the same product and design, subject to availability.
COLOR ACCURACY
We made the effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Due to studio lighting and calibration of your computer monitor, colors may appear to be slightly different.
