Meanwhile, here are some information for made-to-order requests and enquiries.
ESTIMATED DURATION
Domestic Orders (Singapore) are to be collected at our Takashimaya Singapore flagship boutique. We will notify customers via phone calls and/or text messages when their order is ready for collection.
International Orders (all other countries) are delivered within 6 weeks upon confirmation of order.
CHARGES
Domestic Orders (Singapore) collected at our Takashimaya Singapore flagship boutique are free of charge.
International Orders (all other countries) are dispatched via Japan Express Mail Service (EMS) and are free of charge. We do not provide shipping services within Japan, however, collection can be made at our atelier/head office in Sangenjaya, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo.
Aforementioned charges do not cover duties, taxes and or customs fee.
DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS FEE
Any taxes or customs fee as deemed by your country's legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer. In the event that an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of re-delivery will have to be borne by the customer.
TRACKING
All International shipping can be tracked online at www.post.japanpost.jp once dispatched. Please note that not all destination countries are able to provide specific tracking updates once packages are received by the local postal company for processing before delivery.
